We bought this house new in 1988 and have had 27 wonderful years here.
Our sons and 6 grand kids have had wonderful times here. The young ones fish off the dock with a kids fishing pole, cheese and nets to catch about 30 sunnies in about an hour, which we throw back. I am not a fisherman but visiting friends have caught larger fish off the dock. The association stocks the lake every year.
The water is about 5 feet deep off the end of the dock and then quickly goes over your head . It makes for great swimming and boating. I had a sailboat for a time and leave the buyer of the house a paddle boat as part of the price.
